A Warrior With a Purpose

Throughout my life, I have faced challenges, overcome obstacles, dodged bullets, and experienced seasons that could have caused me to give up on the dreams I carried inside. Yet, through it all, I continued to grow. I became a warrior without always looking like what I had been through.

My journey has taught me that setbacks do not have to define us, starting over does not mean we have failed, and our most difficult seasons do not have to cancel our purpose. There have been times when I did not feel accomplished, when life required me to rebuild, and when I had to find the courage to believe in the vision I still carried within me.

But I never stopped believing that I was here to create something meaningful.

That belief became part of the foundation of Touch Not Healing Services.

Why I Created Touch Not Healing Services

The name Touch Not is deeply personal to me. No matter what obstacles came my way, I felt protected, guided, and preserved through the storms of my life. I believe there is purpose in my journey, and I want others to discover that same sense of hope and possibility within themselves.

I created Touch Not Healing Services to help people recognize that their circumstances do not determine their worth, their setbacks do not erase their potential, and their past does not have to dictate their future.

When you believe you have a calling on your life, you learn to keep moving—even when the path looks different from what you imagined. You learn that starting over can be part of your growth, that healing can happen while you are still figuring things out, and that greatness is not reserved for people who have had an easy journey.

My mission is to help others believe in themselves again, pursue the greatness within them, and build a legacy that reaches beyond their own lives.

A Healing Approach Rooted in Understanding

I know what it feels like to start over, to question your progress, and to carry a vision that you have not yet figured out how to bring to life. That is why I approach my work with compassion, openness, and without judgment.

You do not have to have everything together to begin healing. You do not have to hide your struggles or pretend to be stronger than you feel. You deserve a space where you can reflect, reconnect with yourself, recognize your strengths, and begin taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

My approach is shaped by both my personal experiences and my professional training. I have completed Reiki Level II training and earned a degree in Integrative Healing Arts. Through holistic support, intuitive life coaching, Reiki, and guided self-reflection, I aim to help clients nurture their well-being, strengthen their self-belief, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

I have a particular heart for women navigating low self-esteem and for vulnerable children who need encouragement, understanding, and supportive spaces in which to grow. My services are open to anyone who feels drawn to this kind of support and is ready to explore their own healing and personal growth.

Your Setbacks Are Not Your Final Chapter

At Touch Not Healing Services, I want you to know that you are more than what you have survived. You are more than the chapters you wish you could rewrite. And you are more than the moments when you thought you should be further along in life.

Like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, transformation takes time. There are seasons of uncertainty, seasons of growth, and seasons when the work is happening within you long before the world can see it.

You do not have to become someone else. You can begin by reconnecting with who you are, recognizing what is possible, and giving yourself permission to move forward.

My purpose is to help you keep believing, keep growing, and keep building—even when life asks you to begin again.
